How to loose weight.I am around 15 Kg overweight and not willing to do excercise.
I am a vegetarian.Can it be done by changing food habits like on fasting/eating fruits

It is best to lose weight gradually over the weeks. By doing so, you do not risk harming your health in any way. Fasting is a good way to cleanse your inner body system of toxins. But, it is not necessary to fast. Simply reduce your daily intake of saturated fats like cheese, butter and full cream milk. Cut down on your daily intake of carbohydrates like sugar as well. Try to reduce as much as possible on food and beverages, which contain sugar. Take a banana everyday if possible. Apart from helping to reduce your weight, it also boosts up your energy level.
